Stacy Bensa - Sports Celebrities Art

At the age of 4, I created my first painting of a horse running in the field on a white ceramic plate at a french European preschool in Massy. I had a certain talent; colors, motion, shapes, proportions, placement, everything was perfectly created.

At the age of 7, I moved to Canada and started focusing on sports. Even thought sports was my main activity, I continuously drew everything in my school books and everywhere I could.  In 1989, I graduated as a Creative Design Artist in a private school in Montreal where I was acclaimed as “Best Student”. That same year I started working as a Graphic Designer in a t-shirt print shop. Eight years later, I started my own Design Agency and pursue my career for 20 years. I now work as a

In 2006, I created my first painting, Ken Dryden « The pose », for one of my best friend, a real hockey fan. Immediatly after exposing my art, I received so many gratifications, that it became obvious that I should continue in that direction. I now dedicate my freetime to painting sports celebrities for people that loves and admires there idols.
